The Quiet Miles logo — remedial massage therapy by Luke, Perth

Massage from someone who trains as hard as you do.

Remedial, sports and deep tissue massage, plus dry needling with Luke Wheeler. A sports science foundation since 2003, a Diploma of Remedial Massage, dry needling certification, and fifteen years of marathon and ultramarathon training behind every session. Book me at Highgate and Mt Lawley, Perth.

Why choose The Quiet Miles

I’ve spent fifteen years training for marathons and ultramarathons. My passion for sports extends to cycling, playing basketball, netball, and indoor climbing. I know what a genuine training block does to a body because mine has been through it, personally experiencing the benefits of massage therapy as part of a training program. That's an important background and genuine experience to draw on when treating for your needs.

No fixed protocol. Every session starts with a practical assessment: what's tight, what's compensating, It’s problem solving backed by science.

It goes beyond the treatment table, too. I've been treating sports teams since I started at Reset HQ, working directly with Perth clubs and squads, not just individual sessions.

Book directly online, no referral needed. Pick a time, choose Highgate or Mt Lawley, and you're set.

Performance. You've Got This. Make Time to Recover. Enjoy. Let's Go. Breathe.

Where to start

About Me

I flipped a fulltime career in Finance and Operations, for my passion field. For many years the talk about what I would like to do always circled back to the sport and health industry. Reconnecting to my Sports Science degree and history of dabbling in massage, led to a formal certification in Remedial Massage Techniques.

It seems obvious now that this is where I should be.

For every session I bring knowledge and skills from my sports science foundation, Sports Trainer certification, Diploma of Remedial Massage, and Dry needling certification.

What really shapes my approach happens outside the clinic: years of marathons and ultramarathons, cycling, basketball, netball, football, and indoor climbing. I train as an athlete and bring that dedication to my treatment sessions with you. Whether you're chasing a personal best, powering through a demanding week at a desk, or want to move and feel better.
